TRADITIONAL HAND REARED CHRISTMAS TURKEY
Our turkeys are dry plucked and hand finished before being hung under chilled conditions for maturity which enhances the flavour of the meat. So the turkey will be beautifully moist and full of flavour when cooked and served on your plate.
Each Southall Turkey comes wrapped in greaseproof paper and individually boxed with a sprig of rosemary, vacuum-packed giblets, cooking instructions and a pop up cooking timer so no matter what your culinary experience, you have everything you need to turn your cook into a Chef this Christmas!

Our premises are regularly visited and approved by the Environmental Health Officer and the DEFRA officials, so you can be assured that preparation of the turkeys are carried out to a high standard.
Small Turkey – Whole Bird 4.5kg – 5.9kg (10lb – 13lb)
Medium Turkey – Whole Bird 6kg – 7.4kg (13lb – 16lb).
Large Turkey – Whole Bird 7.5kg – 8.9kg (16.5lb – 19.5lb).
Extra Large Turkey – Whole Bird 9kg – 11+kg (20lb – 24+lb).
